Initial Success: The Perpetual Spark Program
· Pilot Group Loans: The pilot group of 12 trained entrepreneurs began receiving PSP loans in September, October, and November, 2025,
· Loan Repayments (Pay-It-Forward): As of April 1, 2026, all pay-it-forward loan repayments have been made on time as scheduled.
· Perpetual Spark: On January 24, 2026, M&M Angel Partners made the first Perpetual Spark Program Loan from repaid funds to provide the spark to grow “Sheena’s Snack Shack” to achieve self-reliance for Sheena and her family. Other Pay-It-Forward Loans have followed.
